Studies show that waking up early clearly leads to productivity, a healthier work-life balance, and greater success at work. Count in Apple CEO Tim Cook, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi, and Benjamin Franklin who are all well known early birds that start their day as early as 4am.
