Rubenstein Partners’ 25 Kent, Brooklyn’s newest mixed-use office and light manufacturing building, today announced it signed a 37,403-square- foot, 10-year revenue share agreement with Mindspace, a Tel Aviv-based global boutique flex space provider, at 25 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg. This is the company’s second location in partnership with Rubenstein Partners, following Mindspace Wanamaker in Philadelphia.

Mindspace Park Ofer HaCarmel in Melisron’s new building near Haifa, will be a unique workspace, spanning 3,804 sq m. over a whole floor and will include 610 workstations. A second new Mindspace branch, in Kiryat Ono, will include 543 workstations over three floors with an area of 3,341sm.

Mindspace – a global operator of boutique, flex office spaces – has signed an agreement with Karimpol Polska for 4,400sqm of floor space in the 42-story Skyliner office building in Warsaw. This will be Mindspace’s second location in Poland, providing over 600 workstations, and is scheduled to open in spring 2023.

As Miami’s office market continues to witness strong demand and benefit from an influx of new businesses, Mindspace has signed a lease for 435 workstations spread across the entire sixth floor at The Gateway at Wynwood. Mindspace, a global boutique flex office operator, will occupy in excess of 30,000 square feet at the recently completed Class A office building located at the intersection of the iconic Wynwood and Midtown Miami neighborhoods. Mindspace Gateway is scheduled to open in spring 2023.

Mindspace is opening its first location in Düsseldorf: the global flex office provider is moving into 4,100 square meters in the centrally located mixed-use commercial complex "Stilwerk" on a long-term basis. LeoVegas Group, the Swedish mobile gaming company, is opening its first office in Warsaw at Mindspace Koszyki, the boutique flex office provider in the heart of the city. The company joined Mindspace to provide an office solution for 60 employees that will work under a hybrid work model.

Billennium S.A., the international IT services and solutions company, recently joined Mindspace Koszyki. The new member will occupy 65 workstations on the first and second floors of the complex adjacent to Hala Koszyki. During the leasing process, Corees Poland represented Billennium S.A.

Mindspace announced the results of a new survey with over 2,000 UK workers showing that while a majority are ready to embrace a hybrid work model, there are fears about how it will impact the office environment. Conducted by Vital Research earlier this month, the poll also highlights some of the effects of working from home for several months, with a third of UK workers feeling less connected to their colleagues and their company.
