Mindspace continues expansion in Germany with its first Düsseldorf location

Mindspace, the global flex office provider, has opened its first-ever location in Düsseldorf. Starting in March 2024, the new location will host 600 workstations for companies and teams of all sizes, spread across 4,000 m² in the “design destination” and commercial complex, stilwerk, on Düsseldorf’s Grünstraße. In addition to private offices, lounge areas, meeting rooms and kitchens, Mindspace members will also have access to a podcast room and an event space. Mindspace Grünstraße marks the 12th German location for the flex office provider, who opened nine new locations across Europe and the United States in the last year alone. Later this year, an additional Mindspace location is scheduled to open in Berlin’s Hausvogteiplatz in Mitte.

As a trade fair, finance, and research location, Düsseldorf is one of the most important economic centers in Germany. The city on the Rhine is one of the top 7 flex office markets in Germany. The approx. 99,000 m² of flex space in the state capital is spread across 46 operators. Business centers currently account for the largest share of space (47 percent). However, hybrid providers, including Mindspace, follow with 41 percent of the total space (C&W).

All offices and shared spaces are individually designed. In addition to the shared spaces, there are also private offices. These start with 2 workstations and end with rooms for over 40 people. It is always possible to select adjacent offices or to privatize entire sections. In addition to membership, there are also so-called “on-demand products”. These include, for example, day passes or meeting rooms and event spaces that can be booked and used by non-members at any time.
