Mindspace wins ‘Coworking of the Year’ award at the 2019 Property Design Awards in Warsaw

Warsaw, September 11, 2019 — The Prime Property Prize 2019 gala is behind us. The eighth edition of the plebiscite selected the best companies and projects that last year had the greatest impact on events on the commercial real estate market, as well as personalities whose spectacular actions played a key role in the development of the entire industry. This year, the statuettes were awarded in 14 categories – including the new category – Coworking of the Year.

This year, the interest in the competition exceeded the organizers’ wildest expectations – both the number of applications and the number of votes cast in voting on Propertynews.pl and Propertydesign.pl were record-breaking. The choice was very difficult – many great, high-quality investments have been completed in the last 12 months. Here are the winners of the awards:

Coworking of the Year

Nominated in this category were: Mindspace Koszyki, Warsaw, WeWork – Hotel Europejski, Warsaw, BusinessLink Astoria, Warsaw, Solutions.Rent Plac Małachowskiego, Warsaw, CitySpace Club Młociny, Warsaw.

Mindspace Koszyki won the Coworking category.

This is the first global, boutique coworking operator to start operating in Poland. It introduced a completely new, fresh look at office solutions on the Polish market.
