LONDON, UK, April 18th, 2021 – Mindspace, the global flex office space provider, announced it has been selected as winner by CBRE UK, the UK division of the world’s largest commercial real estate services company, for their ‘Most Engaging Flex Building Tour’ video contest.
The Flexible Office Solutions team at CBRE invited partners to produce a dynamic video to promote high-end flex offerings. Each of the participating firms made a donation alongside their entry to support CBRE UK’s chosen charity for 2020: Action for Children.
Michael Glynn, Head of Flexible Office Solutions at CBRE UK, stated in the company’s official announcement: “I am pleased to announce Mindspace as the winner, with their tour of the Metro Building, in Hammersmith. Engaging and witty, we think it is a great showcase for a superb workspace.” The Office Group, Storey and Business Cube were runners up in the contest.
Mindspace’s video entry offers an original, tongue-in-cheek take on real estate tours to showcase their 35,000 sq ft Hammersmith site located on floors 6-8 of the Metro building, owned by a fund managed by PATRIZIA AG. “We’re honored to have won the CBRE contest,” says Dan Zakai, CEO of Mindspace. “Our entry brilliantly reflects the creativity that’s part of Mindspace DNA and that’s so clearly visible across all of our spaces.”
