Working in style in Berlin Mitte
The “Haus zur Berolina” building is situated in a quiet and central location not far from the Gendarmenmarkt, directly opposite the Hausvogteiplatz underground station and with excellent public transport connections. Built in 1895, the commercial building has become a local landmark since its renovation in 2001, not least due to the impressive façade of the building itself. Nearby are mostly historic offices and residential buildings, including newly built flats, high-quality bars, restaurants and cafés, as well as the Foreign Office in Kurstraße.
The five-story “Haus zur Berolina” encircles four impressive inner courtyards. The stone-clad street façade, which has been preserved except for a few decorative elements, is characterized by its large windows with arched frames. Particularly impressive is the clock at the top of the building, which is visible from afar, with its distinctive clock face.
