Berlin, December 19, 2022 – Global flex office space provider Mindspace, announced today the opening of a seventh site in Berlin, the fourth new location to be announced this year in the German Capital.  The new location, Mindspace Hausvogteiplatz, comprises 4,359 square meters and five floors of luxury flex office space.

Centrally located on Hausvogteiplatz, the location offers boutique-style interiors, stylish meeting rooms and lounge areas, welcoming kitchen spaces and inspiring artwork. Scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2023, Mindspace Hausvogteiplatz will offer more than 600 workstations.

“We are very excited about the opening of our thirteenth building in Germany, marking the fourth new Mindspace location to be announced in Berlin this year. According to Colliers, this makes us the fastest growing flex space provider in the German Capital since Covid.” said Oliver Lehmann, General Manager of Mindspace Germany. “There is phenomenal demand for flex offices and we are grateful to be able to grow with and support our valued client base. Our growth is testament to the greater awareness companies have of the importance of an attractive and comfortable workplace for employees, and our unique value proposition of inspirational high-end design, flexibility and first-class customer service.” Oliver Lehmann, General Manager Mindspace Germany commented.

In addition to boutique flex office space, which can also be customized to the needs of larger enterprises, Mindspace offers on-demand facilities such as podcast rooms, fitness studios, family rooms and private phone booths. Additional benefits include personalized customer service and access to an active members community and a program of exclusive events. Mindspace’s more than 40 locations worldwide are located in stunning commercial properties and are designed in the signature Mindspace style, with a dash of local flavor.

Working in style in Berlin Mitte

The “Haus zur Berolina” building is situated in a quiet and central location not far from the Gendarmenmarkt, directly opposite the Hausvogteiplatz underground station and with excellent public transport connections. Built in 1895, the commercial building has become a local landmark since its renovation in 2001, not least due to the impressive façade of the building itself. Nearby are mostly historic offices and residential buildings, including newly built flats, high-quality bars, restaurants and cafés, as well as the Foreign Office in Kurstraße.

The five-story “Haus zur Berolina” encircles four impressive inner courtyards. The stone-clad street façade, which has been preserved except for a few decorative elements, is characterized by its large windows with arched frames. Particularly impressive is the clock at the top of the building, which is visible from afar, with its distinctive clock face.
