Mindspace announces the first tenant of flagship space Dam Amsterdam

First enterprise to take up residence

Amsterdam, December 21st, 2018 – Mindspace, the global shared office provider, announces the move of the first member to the, yet to be officially opened, flagship building. With the addition of the Spuistraat building, Mindspace will operate four locations in the Netherlands. 

The new Mindspace building is the former location of the HVA (Handelsvereniging Amsterdam) trading center, which has great historical significance and a rich architectural interior. With monumental stained-glass windows and art-deco and neo-renaissance details, it’s a real eye-catcher. The first member will occupy 460 square meters of office space (of a total of 3,351 square meters), which will feature an open kitchen, a lounge and private phone booths, all in the typical Mindspace style.

Mindspace naturally attracts a combination of big global enterprises and local brands such as Microsoft, Startupbootcamp, Techstars and Barclays Bank because of its high-end options yet flexible terms.
