Mindspace, the rapidly growing, global provider of high-end co-working space, announces its first location in Frankfurt, Germany’s financial capital. Mindspace Frankfurt will span five floors and a total of 3,300 square meters at The Eurotheum, the 31-storey skyscraper in the city center. It will accommodate over 450 members from forward-looking enterprises, startups, and small and medium businesses, as well as entrepreneurs and freelancers. The addition of Mindspace Frankfurt to the company’s Germany portfolio spanning Berlin, Munich, and Hamburg, makes Mindspace one of the largest providers of co-working and a market leader in Germany.

2017: A Landmark Year for Mindspace

2017 was a year of growth for Mindspace, having opened two new hubs in Germany – Mindspace Viktualienmarkt in Munich and Mindspace Krausenstraße in Berlin – in addition to the two existing locations in Berlin Friedrichstraße and Hamburg. The company also announced three new locations to be launched in 2018: Mindspace Salvatorplatz (opening this February) and Mindspace Stachus (Q3) in Munich, and Mindspace Kreuzberg in Berlin (opening this April). Mindspace also expanded further around the world: the company opened a third location in Israel and signed a large enterprise deal with Microsoft; It opened its first two locations in London and another one in Warsaw; and revealed its first two locations in the U.S. – San Francisco and Washington D.C.

A Bright Outlook for Mindspace Also in 2018

Mindspace’s 2018 expansion is now set in motion. In Germany, the company’s largest market worldwide, the company is set to expand to Frankfurt and increase its footprint in the cities where it operates. The company plans to solidify its leadership in the European co-working market and establish itself in more countries across the continent. Entering the U.S. will constitute a core focus, and the company will be announcing new locations in additional U.S. cities.
