  • Mindspace reports the number of Hybrid deals have more than tripled since its launch earlier this spring
  • As a result of the rise in demand for Hybrid products, Mindspace further expands its offering with the new ‘Daily Office’ offering a private office for teams seeking to collaborate in-person on a day-to-day basis
  • In March 2021 Mindspace launched its first range of Hybrid products Mindpass Daily and Multi offering access to shared spaces 1, 4, 8 or 12 days a month

Following the launch of Hybrid products earlier in March, Mindspace further expands its array of on-demand office solutions with the new Daily Office. The global flex office provider first launched Mindpass Daily and Mindpass Multi to offer casual access to its shared office spaces for 1, 4, 8 or 12 days a month. As a response to the rise in demand from teams seeking an ad hoc office solution for collaborative purposes, Mindspace now launched The Daily Office. This new solution enables teams of up to 4 people to collaborate in a private office on a day-to-day basis. Entries to the Daily Office can be purchased via Mindspace.me starting at the price of $120 / £156 / €180 / PLN 450 / 550₪ per day.

Tilo Bonow, CEO and founder of PIABO PR: “Remote work has been part of our corporate culture for quite a while. With our new ‘hub’ concept – which we are implementing in Hamburg and Munich – we can now enable our colleagues to work together in small teams, regardless of their location, thanks to Mindspace’s Hybrid solutions. This offers more freedom and the space for creative and effective collaboration. Benefits such as a larger talent pool through location-independent recruiting, as well as the ability for us to collaborate at other locations across Germany, are crucial to future-proofing the world of work.”

In a recent survey, Forrester predicted that 70% of companies in the US and EU will allow some employees to work at least two days a week in a remote setting, adding that the long-term benefits of the practice would lead to higher retention rates and business benefits. Since its launch, the number of “Hybrid” deals have tripled, showing a higher demand for flexible office solutions.

Another recent article by Gartner shares that “over the past year, in the primarily remote work environment, employees have relied on video calls to collaborate, often resulting in back-to-back meetings and fatigue and putting them at risk for burnout.” “As HR leaders begin to recognize this threat, they are increasingly seeking a solution that allows their teams to alternate between work from home and in-office work.”, says CEO and co-founder Dan Zakai. When the first range of Hybrid office solutions was launched, Zakai also stated that “the virtual workspace we all use while working from home isn’t well equipped for team brainstorming sessions, for project kick-off gatherings and definitely not for creative collaborations on tangible products. Above all, it doesn’t replace the essential need for human interaction.”
