Global Flexible Office Space Provider, Mindspace Expands Legendary Hala Koszyki Site

Warsaw, October 17th, 2018 — Less than one year following its debut in the Warsaw flexible office market, Mindspace, the global provider of high-end flexible work spaces, announces the expansion of its Hala Koszyki shared offices, by more than 1,500 sq m of additional space. 

The move brings the total space to a sprawling 5,500 sq m. The official opening of Mindspace Koszyki took place in October 2017. From the onset, this state-of-the-art shared office space was praised for its design and functionality, and has significantly raised the standards of flexible office spaces in the Warsaw market. 

Mindspace offices currently occupy 4 floors at Hala Koszyki, accommodating approximately 450 members from teams of various sizes and diverse sectors (among them Legia Warsaw, Visa and Frank Recruitment Group). Each floor is equipped with private offices, fully-equipped conference rooms and artistically-designed common areas.

The primely-located Hala Koszyki was built between 1906-1908, and was opened anew for both Warsaw residents and tourists in 2016. The complex sprawls over 22,000 sqm of office and retail space, housing over a dozen restaurant concepts, and shops. Furthermore, it serves as the office location for such renowned tenants as HansGrohe and Symphar.

Earlier this year, Globalworth and Mindspace announced a partnership to enter the Romanian flexible office market, with 3 all-inclusive, high-end spaces in Bucharest, planned to open in Q4 2018 and Q1 2019.
