About the position

Each Mindspace location has its conductor who orchestrates it all - the Senior Community Manager. This full time position is based in London. You will report directly to the city lead and will be running the show at your location, responsible for training and managing all community managers and community associates, and setting the standard for Mindspace’s immensely engaging atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • 100% client facing, create an all-round amazing customer-journey experience, so that every single Mindspace member will feel like a superstar
  • Train and grow the community management team
  • Maintain ongoing communications and ensure the smooth-running operations and maintenance of your location, collaborating with the operations manager
  • Oversee events sales via strategy and goal setting, and oversee their execution
  • Improve community procedures using existing metrics and KPI’s
  • Be the loyal person of contact for community members, solving all member-related issues
  • Be the life of the party; establish a strong local community via event planning and individual networking efforts
  • Create an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and creativity - both internally and externally

Requirements

  • Has minimum 2 years of industry experience
  • Experience in team management (a must)
  • Four-year college degree MBA/MA (an advantage)
  • Experience in events sales (an advantage)
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
