About the position
Each Mindspace location has its conductor who orchestrates it all - the Senior Community Manager. This full time position is based in Washington DC. You will report directly to the city lead and will operate as the owner of the space, responsible for reducing churn, helping sell and sign up to members, as well as train and manage the rest of your on-site team including the community manager and community associate. Lastly, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the building holds up to the standard for Mindspace’s immensely engaging atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- 100% client facing, create an all-round amazing customer-journey experience, ensuring that ours members feel welcomed and want to come in each and every day
- Help drive sales via outbound and inbound strategy, goal setting, and execution
- Reduce member churn with a focus on increasing length of time members stay at Mindspace
- Help drive additional revenue through renewal increases and hosting external events to better support the community and our members
- Improve procedures using existing and new metrics and KPI’s
- Train and grow the community management team
- Be the loyal person of contact for community members, solving all member-related issues
- Help establish a strong local community via individual networking efforts
- Create an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and creativity - both internally and externally
Requirements
Requirements
- Four-year college degree, MBA/MA (an advantage)
- Experience in hospitality - (an advantage if in real estate or operations)
- Experience in team management, goal setting and KPI tracking
- 1-3 years of sales experience (3+ an advantage)
- Great verbal and written communication skills
