Who is the Broker Relationship & Enterprise Channel Manager?

This full-time position is based in NYC, and will report to the Regional Sales Lead. The Broker Relationship & Enterprise Channel Manager’s main role is to build relationships with brokers and create a robust, active pipeline within the commercial real estate broker market that will funnel into Mindspace and lead to potential Enterprise clients. You will create an ecosystem between Mindspace and the US commercial real estate broker community that can flourish and help “open doors” to enterprise business. This role will require someone with extensive knowledge of the local Commercial Real Estate sector and front sales experience, mainly for Enterprises. You will need to be self-sufficient, persistent, focused, and creative. We are looking for an energetic, excellent relationship builder and strategic thinker who can find these opportunities and build on them. You will also need to have the ability to create new strategic relationships and maintain current ones. 

Your typical day at Mindspace.

With strong communication skills and a passion for real estate, sales, and networking, you will be responsible for driving sales opportunities from Enterprise clients and commercial real estate brokers across all sites in the US. Additionally, you will be the POC for all broker and agent-related requirements for Mindspace US. Working closely with the sales team, the General Manager, and the Global Broker Relations Lead, your main focus will be growing Mindspace US’s revenues and building occupancies.

What you will be responsible for, mainly.

  • Manage, strategize and improve the Sales Funnel;
  • Attract large enterprise occupiers to Mindspace;
  • Manage Broker & Agent Relationships and Partnerships to increase revenue;
  • Ensure Brokers always have Mindspace in mind when discussing options with relevant leads and empowering them to drive leads to the Mindspace Team;
  • Driving Mindspace brand awareness across the US

 Critical account lead generation and prospecting.

  • Taking part in the sales strategy and working closely with the Sales Managers, the General Manager, and the Global Broker Relations Lead to identify areas of improvement for the US market;
  • Establishing and offering suitable proposals that meet customer’s and broker’s expectations;
  • Data & Competitor analysis to identify trends and forecast future strategy;
  • Creatively using the broker marketing budget to attract new business and promote the Mindspace brand in the American market.



Do you have the following experience?

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate - a must;
  • Familiar with real estate, specifically the flexible office sector - a plus;
  • Experience in Pre-sale processes, market research, and B2B sales; 
  • Experience in front-line sales and lead generation
  • Comfortable when interacting with senior brokerages & clients  
  • Great connections are already in place within the flexible workspace sector
