Who is the Marketing Working Student?
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Working Student to join our German marketing team. This role is based in Berlin and offers a hands-on approach to marketing across digital and offline channels.
You report to the Marketing Lead in Berlin and would be working 20h/week. Ideally, you are available for a minimum of 6 months.
What will you be responsible for:
You’ll support a wide range of marketing projects, working closely with the local Marketing Team and global teams to help drive awareness and lead generation for our 13 locations in Germany.
- Paid Online Marketing: Support the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, Paid Social, Email) to drive customer acquisition for our locations, offerings and services. Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting.
- Online Assets: Create briefs for design and ad copy, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors. Conduct market research and support optimization of landing pages and digital user journeys.
- Offline Marketing & Partnerships: Identify and coordinate relevant local partnerships to strengthen brand awareness and support lead generation. Support coordination with external partners and vendors to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Data & Reporting: Collect and analyze performance data from various marketing activities. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Marketing Collateral: Support the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, sales enablement tools, flyers and internal campaign documents.
- Project Management: Collaborate closely with the global marketing team and external partners to keep projects on track and aligned across teams.
Requirements
Experience & Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a full-time Master's program at a German university (Marketing, Business or Communications)
- Location: Based in Berlin with knowledge of the local market.
- Language Skills: Native German speaker and fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience: First hands-on experience in marketing (internships, student jobs), ideally in a startup environment
- Mindset: Structured, reliable and motivated to learn - you enjoy taking ownership of tasks and are good at coordinating across teams
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with tools like Excel; Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
