About the position

This full-time position is based in Utrecht and Amsterdam (travel between the cities) reporting directly to the City Lead. As the Junior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management of Mindspace's operations in all of our locations at Amsterdam and Utrecht. You will make sure our facilities are running smoothly and efficiently at all times, and maintain ongoing communication with our various vendors and contractors. In addition, you will be working with our Community and Sales teams, making sure member satisfaction remains high. 

Responsibilities

• Make sure that the building systems are kept well-maintained
• Implement processes and keep up with the standards to ensure compliance with local, state, and local regulations, accreditation, and regulatory agencies
• Track preventive and corrective maintenance programs, including but not limited to Mindspace equipment and facilities
• Constantly evaluate facility process inefficiencies, and recommend steps for improvement
• Oversee construction projects and new openings
• Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure that up-to-date operation policies and procedures are practiced
• Play a key role in providing feedback in order to ensure smooth facility operations
• Be the landlords’ point of contact in order to make sure that we comply with all contracts and regulations
• Handle building security, access control, CCTV, outsourced security companies, etc.
• Support, coordinate, and interact seamlessly with the various Mindspace teams, such as the Sales and Community teams
