International flexible workspace operatorΒ MindspaceΒ is moving forward with two major development projects that will add aroundΒ 14,500 square metresΒ of new workspace inΒ WarsawΒ andΒ Israel. In Poland, the company has signed a long-term lease for nearly 4,500 sqm in a new prime office tower in Warsaw, with operations expected to start in mid-2027. In Israel, Mindspace is preparing the Mindspace Beyond project in the Tel AvivβGivatayim area, spanning approximately 10,000 sqm and expected to open in early 2027.
In Warsaw, Mindspace will occupy four floors in the Skyliner II tower, and the space will add 663 additional workstations to the operatorβs local capacity, as reported by Warsaw Business Journal. The operator already runs two locations in the Polish capital. Together with its existing presence in Skyliner I, Mindspace will provide over 1,200 workstations across the complex.
Commenting on the expansion, MichaΕ Kwinta, General Manager of Mindspace Poland, said that βthe success of our existing projects, driven in part by the growing presence of global technology companies in the capital, has naturally encouraged us to further strengthen our position in this market.β
At the same time, Mindspace is developing Mindspace Beyond in Givatayim (Greater Tel Aviv area), in partnership with local real estate groups. The site will span 10,000 sqm, split roughly into 5,000 sqm of workspace and 5,000 sqm dedicated to business conferences and events, and is expected to open in early 2027.
According to Calcalist, an Israeli business newspaper, the conference venue could accommodate up to 1,000 people, while the workspace component is expected to include around 700 workstations. The publication adds that the new Beyond site, together with its conference component, is expected to be Mindspaceβs largest location in Israel.

Calcalist also describes the wider Beyond project as a 300,000 sqm mixed-use development with two towers: an 80-storey office tower (about 130,000 sqm) and a 60-storey residential tower (around 500 apartments). The Mindspace location is planned in a seven-storey building situated between the two towers.
Dan Zakai, Co-founder and CEO of Mindspace, said the launch of Beyond marks the next stage in the companyβs evolution, adding that the future workplace will be built on βa smart blend of premium offices, an active community, meaningful content, and the overall experience of the place.β He also highlighted that the project responds to rising demand for workspaces that combine accessibility, design and technology, and fits into Mindspaceβs broader growth momentum in Israel and internationally.
Mindspace operates a multi-market flexible workspace network. The company is present in 24 cities across Israel, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Romania, Poland and the United States, in some markets with multiple locations. In Israel alone, the operator currently runs 10 locations, including three in Tel Aviv, totaling about 45,000 sqm.
Mindspace was also a co-organiser of the Coworking Europe 2025 conference in Berlin.
Mindspace has also recently published a new report titled βThe Office of the Future: What Employees Really Want.β Based on research conducted in Germany, the study shows that more than 40% of employees consider the work environment when choosing an employer, highlights strong demand for focus areas and creative spaces, and notes that more than one in five people would even invest part of their salary in a healthier, more inspiring workplace. According to Mindspace, the findings underline the increasingly strategic role of the office in supporting wellbeing, collaboration and performance.
