How do employees check in on their scheduled desk-days?
Employees simply check in via the Mindspace app when they arrive on a booked desk-day; the app confirms their reservation and directs them to their space.

Yes team members can host external guests during their booked desk-days; just let the local Mindspace team know in advance so they can assist with check-in.
