What defines a Mindspace Private Office?
A move-in-ready, lockable office fully furnished for teams of 2–50+, offering privacy alongside access to vibrant coworking areas.
What’s included in the monthly rent?
Your monthly membership includes a fully furnished private office with furniture, utilities, daily cleaning, 24/7 access, reception services, mail handling, access to meeting rooms and private phone booths, and unlimited use of shared lounges and kitchens.
How flexible are the agreement terms?
Enjoy a flexible private-office lease that starts month-to-month. You can scale up, down, or relocate to any Mindspace worldwide with just 30 days’ notice, or opt for a longer term to lock in lower rates.
Can we brand our Private Office?
Yes – add your logo, select color palettes, and customize layouts; our design team will handle production and installation.
Is the office IT-ready?
Offices come with enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, wired ethernet on request, and optional dedicated bandwidth for high-security requirements.
Can I host meetings in my Private Office plan?
All plans include monthly meeting-room credits; additional hours can be booked at a discounted member rate.
How do I get access to my Private Office once the agreement is signed?
Once your agreement is signed, our team prepares your office ahead of your move-in date. On day one, simply check in at reception and the local Mindspace team will welcome you and walk you through everything you need.
Can we add more desks if our team grows?
Yes — your Private Office can scale up as your team grows; talk to your Mindspace contact about expanding your space or relocating to a larger office at the same location or another Mindspace worldwide.
Is parking available at Private Office locations?
Parking is not included as part of the Private Office service. Where available at a specific location, it can be arranged separately for an additional fee — your local Mindspace team can confirm options.
Can I invite clients or guests to visit my Private Office?
Your Private Office is yours to use as you like, and you’re welcome to host clients, candidates, or visitors at reception whenever you need to. For larger meetings, you can use your monthly meeting-room credits or purchase additional hours at a discounted member rate.
Is 24/7 security monitoring included?
Yes – Private Offices include secure 24/7 access along with CCTV-monitored common areas for added peace of mind.
