How do I buy a Day Pass and is advance booking required?
Purchase online or via the Mindspace app; same-day walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but reserving in advance guarantees your seat in our shared workspace.
What amenities are included with a Day Pass?
Your pass covers ultra-fast internet, complimentary micro-roasted coffee & tea, and community events on the day.
Can I use any Mindspace location with my Day Pass?
Yes – choose whichever participating Mindspace coworking space best fits your schedule; simply select the city and location during checkout.
Is the Day Pass eligible for meeting-room bookings?
Yes — in addition to your Day Pass, you can book a meeting room online, by the hour, half-day, or full day, whenever you need extra space for a meeting.
How do I check in when I arrive with a Day Pass?
Once you arrive, simply check in at the reception desk. A member of the Mindspace team will welcome you, verify your booking, and show you around so you can get settled and start your day.
Can I purchase a Mindpass Multi package instead of a single Day Pass?
Mindpass Multi lets you purchase a pack of day passes (4, 8, or 12) at a lower rate than buying single Day Passes, and use them at any Mindspace location whenever you like.
Can I upgrade from a Day Pass to a Coworking Membership?
Yes – if you love the Day Pass experience, you can upgrade to a Location-Based or All-Access Coworking Membership at any time in just a few clicks.
Can I leave the space and return later the same day?
