Huddle rooms for 2-4 people, classic boardrooms, training rooms, and large conference suites – all equipped with modern AV.
How do I reserve a meeting room?
Book online or through the Mindspace app, selecting date, room size, and duration; instant confirmation is sent to your inbox.
What technology is provided?
HD video-conferencing, large displays, HDMI & wireless casting, interactive whiteboards, and high-speed internet come standard.
Can non-members rent a meeting room?
Yes — external guests are welcome. You can book and pay for a meeting room directly online through our website, no membership required.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge; later cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
How do I access my meeting room after booking?
Once your booking is confirmed, simply check in at reception when you arrive; a member of the Mindspace team will direct you to your room and help you get set up.
Can I order catering for my meeting?
Yes – catering can be added to your booking, with options ranging from coffee and snacks to full meal service depending on the location. After booking, simply contact your local site manager to arrange catering for your meeting.
Can I book recurring meeting room reservations?
Yes – after your first booking, you can set up recurring meeting room reservations directly from the member portal. You can also purchase a meeting-room hours bank in advance, and draw down from it whenever you need to book.”
Can I book a meeting room by the hour?
Meeting rooms can be booked by the hour, half-day, or full day, so you only pay for the time you need.
What is a meeting-room hours bank and how does it work?
A meeting-room hours bank lets you pre-purchase a set number of meeting-room hours at a discounted rate. Once purchased, you can use those hours whenever you like — simply book through the portal, and the hours are deducted from your bank.
