What exactly is a Mindspace Coworking Membership?
A Coworking Membership is a flexible subscription that gives you a hot-desk in our thoughtfully designed open lounges, access to the Mindspace community, and the freedom to work from either one chosen center or every Mindspace worldwide, depending on the plan you pick. It’s a desk-plus-perks model that includes lounges, kitchens and a calendar of networking events so you can plug in and be productive from day one.
Which membership options are available and how do they differ?
Location-Based Membership: unlimited access to one Mindspace location that you choose as your home base.
All-Access Membership: roam freely and work from any Mindspace location across the globe—ideal for hybrid teams and frequent travellers.
What amenities and perks are included with every Coworking Membership?
Every plan unlocks 24/7 secure entry, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, phone booths for private calls, stocked kitchens and lounges, concierge-style mail handling, community events, wellness programs and member-only partner discounts. Many sites also feature bike racks, showers and dog-friendly policies
Is the workspace really available 24/7 and can I choose when to come in?
Yes. Once your access card is activated you can use your chosen Mindspace location at any hour of the day or night. If you hold an All-Access plan, you may check into other locations during staffed business hours by reserving a seat beforehand through the member portal.
How flexible is the contract—can I cancel or switch plans later?
Mindspace keeps things simple: you can upgrade, downgrade or switch between Location-Based and All-Access plans at any time. To cancel your membership, notify us at least 3 business days before the end of the month — your membership will end that month. If you cancel with less than 3 business days’ notice, you’ll be billed for one additional month.
Are community events included in my membership?
Yes – every Coworking Membership includes access to our calendar of community events and wellness programs at no extra cost.
Can I bring guests to Mindspace with my membership?
Yes – you’re welcome to bring guests to meet you at your Mindspace location. For a larger group, we recommend booking a meeting room. If your guests plan to work alongside you for the day, they should purchase a Day Pass.”
How do I access Mindspace after purchasing a Coworking Membership?
Once your membership is activated, you’ll receive your access card and welcome details. Simply check in with your local Mindspace team on your first visit, and you’re ready to go.
