Welcome to Wanamaker

“Amazingly attentive and friendly folks who run the space. Clients and vendors are always impressed when they visit. Plenty of collaboration space and private spaces. Really conveniently located for an easy commute!”

“If you’re looking for an event space in Philly, look no further. My company hosted a happy hour event here with less than three weeks to plan, and the Mindspace team (special shout out to Samantha) made it as stress-free as possible. From our first inquiry through the event breakdown, communication was quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. They anticipated needs we hadn’t even thought of, recommended best-in-class partners, and helped keep everything on track. The space is beautiful, but really it’s the people that make Mindspace stand out.”

“Working with Mindspace was FANTASTIC. Sam and the team in Philly were so friendly and welcoming! We will be back as well as we will use other Mindspace venues around the country to host our events!”

” Great space, relaxed atmosphere, fun events, lovely and helpful staff. Definitely the best co-working space in Philly.”

“This coworking space is absolutely gorgeous with awesome views within the building. Love the setup within the common areas offering a community that is welcoming and fun. Samantha Gumienny is the point person there. She’s a super-connector, community enthusiast, and thrives on building relationships and bringing people together. 10/10 would recommend.”

“I’m so glad my company moved here! We were previously in a different co-working space that was uninspiring and didn’t offer amenities aside from coffee. Mindspace is another story! It’s such a beautiful environment with cozy couches and inspiring design, and they offer a variety of drinks, snacks, and fun events! The staff is always present and happy to help with whatever we need.”

“We’ve been at mindspace for almost 2 years now, and our entire office has had an amazing experience. Besides the facilities being top notch, the team that supports all of us has been incredible! So helpful, accommodating, and super friendly! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for space (we’re an 8 person company, for reference).”

“This space gets it right in all the ways that matter. From the moment you walk in, everyone is genuinely warm and welcoming, it feels comfortable right away, easy to settle into your work. It’s always clean and organized, and clearly well cared for which makes it really easy to focus and actually enjoy your time there! Would absolutely recommend.”

“Really great place for a private event! Lots of room and plenty of spots to sit including comfy couches.”

“The Mindspace Philly team has designed a co-working space that’s perfect for our company culture. We have a fantastic private office space combined with access to communal spaces, conference rooms, and private booths so we have options that cover all the different ways we do business. Highly recommend this if your company is considering a new office space whether your team is fully in office or hybrid.”
