Mindspace Ltd Cookie Policy and Notice
Last Updated: January 23, 2026
Mindspace provides open work spaces, private offices and related office services at its facility locations (the “Services”).
This website (the “Website”) uses cookies. We use cookies to give you the best experience possible. We use browser cookies on the website and real cookies in our offices. Read our Privacy Policy to learn more.
This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies when you make use of our Services. This Cookie Policy also explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.
Cookies are small text files that can be used by websites to make a user’s experience more efficient. The law states that we can store cookies on your device if they are strictly necessary for the operation of this Website. For all other types of cookies we need your permission.
This Website uses different types of cookies. Some cookies are placed by third party services that appear on our pages. You can at any time change or withdraw your consent from the Cookie Declaration on our Website.
Learn more about who we are, how you can contact us and how we process personal data in our Privacy Policy. Please state your consent ID and date when you contact us regarding your consent. Your consent applies to the following domains: www.mindspace.me.
- WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files that can be used by websites to make a user’s experience more efficient. Some cookies are necessary to make a website or an app work properly (functional cookies). Cookies enable the owner of the website or app or third parties involved to collect and store information about your visit, or about you as a visitor. For example, what your interests are, how healthy you are, and for which political party you vote.
Types of cookies
There are 3 types of cookies:
- functional cookies;
- limited analytics cookies; and
- other cookies.
Functional cookies
Functional cookies ensure that a website or an app works properly. They remember, for example, your login details, language preferences and products in your shopping basket. An owner of a website or an app does not need your consent for placing functional cookies. The owner has to tell you, however, that the cookies are placed.
Limited analytics cookies
Limited analytics cookies collect information about the visit to a website or an app, such as the number of visitors and the most visited pages. This information helps owners of a website or an app improve it. These cookies should not have a significant impact on your privacy.
Other cookies
Other cookies are cookies that fall outside the above categories. Often, these cookies also process personal data. A well-known example of other cookies are tracking cookies.
Tracking cookies track your internet behaviour. Tracking cookies collect data on how you use a website or an app. This includes information such as what you click on, how long you visit certain pages, and what subjects you are interested in. This tracking does not only happen on one website, but also on other websites and apps that you visit and use. Tracking cookies can therefore track you across several websites and apps.
By mapping out your behaviour across several websites and apps, tracking cookies can make profiles of you. About your interests, political preference and family situation, for example. Advertising companies use this information to show you targeted advertisements. Often, these activities involve processing of your personal data.

- FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE COOKIES?
We use cookies and other technologies on the basis that they are necessary for the performance of a contract with you, or because using them is in our legitimate interests of improving, optimizing and personalizing our services, and these are not overridden by your rights.
It is common for online businesses to use standard data-collection tools such as cookies, web beacons, and comparable tracking technologies. Mindspace applies these technologies to automatically gather information when you visit the Website and use the Services. This helps Mindspace gain insight into how users interact with the Website and Services and allows Mindspace to improve functionality, usability, and overall user experience.
Mindspace uses a combination of first-party and third-party cookies to identify you as a Mindspace customer, facilitate your access to and use of the Website and Services, and personalize and enhance the Website and Services (for example by storing login details, language settings, or other user preferences). Cookies are also used to analyze usage of the Website, assess and improve advertising performance, and collect technical information about your device in order to support fraud prevention and maintain the security of the Website.
In addition, Mindspace may place cookies on the Website and Services that allow third-party providers, such as social media platforms and advertising networks, to display advertisements that are relevant to your interests across different websites (commonly referred to as “interest-based,” “targeted,” or “online behavioral” advertising). Mindspace does not have control over the data collected by these third-party cookies. Further details about their cookie practices can be found on the relevant third parties’ own websites.
Information collected through the use of cookies includes:
- Aggregated data that does not directly identify you, such as statistical insights into how the Website and Services are used, or data associated with a cookie ID or similar identifier that is not linked to your personally identifiable information in Mindspace’s records; and
- Automatically collected information relating to you, your computer, or your device through cookies and similar tracking technologies when you access the Website and Services, including browser type, operating system, and details about the content viewed and features used on the Website and Services.
- HOW LONG WILL COOKIES STAY ON MY DEVICE?
The duration for which a cookie remains stored on your device depends on whether it is classified as a “session” cookie or a “permanent” cookie.
Session cookies are short-lived and these cookies generally expire when the browser is closed but may be retained for a period on your device. Permanent cookies remain in operation even when you have closed the browser; they are used to remember your login details and password. Permanent cookies remain available across multiple browsing sessions until they are manually deleted or automatically expire after a predefined period. These permanent cookies are also referred to as tracking cookies, as they allow the collection of information about user behavior, such as browsing activity and preferences, over time.
Mindspace applies the following retention periods for the cookies it uses:
| Type of Cookie | Retention period |
| __cf_bm, FPGSID, _uetsid (HTTP) | 1 day |
| _hjSession_#, _hjTLDTest, ASPXAUTH | Session |
| userlang | 29 days |
| ar_debug, MasterPopup | 30 days |
| _fbp, _gcl_au, _rdt_uuid | 3 months |
| __Secure-ROLLOUT_TOKEN, __Secure-YNID | 180 days |
| visitor_id#-hash | 400 days |
| cb_admin, CookieConsent, CrossConsent, AMP_# | 1 year |
| _ga, _ga_# | 2 years |
| cb_experiments, _uetsid (Local Storage) | Persistent |
Please note that third party cookies on our site include, for example, Google Analytics. Third party cookies will be retained according to the terms of those third parties, and you can control those cookies in your browser settings.
Deleting cookies
Most browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your computer’s hard drive, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. However, if you block or erase cookies your online experience on our website will be limited.
How to disable cookies: The effect of disabling cookies depends on which cookies you disable but, in general, the website and some services delivered through it may not operate properly, may not recognize your device, may not remember your preferences and so on, if cookies are disabled or removed. However, allowing or disabling cookies is your choice and in your control. If you want to disable cookies on our site, you need to change your browser settings to reject cookies. How you can do this will depend on the browser you use. Further details on how to disable cookies can be found here:

- WHAT SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES DOES MINDSPACE USE?
In addition to cookies, Mindspace may employ other comparable technologies to monitor the use of the Website and Services. These technologies include the following:
- Pixel Tags. Pixel tags, also known as web beacons or tracking pixels, are very small graphic elements or snippets of code with a unique identifier, embedded on a web page or within an advertisement. They function similarly to cookies by enabling us to monitor your interactions with the Website and Services. Unlike cookies, which are stored on your device, pixel tags are integrated invisibly into web pages. Both Mindspace and our third-party service providers use pixel tags for the purposes outlined in Section 3, primarily to help us assess and manage the effectiveness of content on the Website and Services.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, which relies on cookies and related technologies to collect and analyze information about how you use the Services, and to generate reports on trends and activity. This service may also collect data about your use of other websites, applications, and online resources. More information about Google Analytics can be found on their website.
These technologies operate in ways similar to cookies. Accordingly, in this Cookie Policy, the term “cookies” refers collectively to cookies and all other comparable tracking technologies.
- HOW TO MANAGE COOKIES, TARGETED ONLINE ADVERTISING, AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies
To manage the use of cookies, targeted online advertising, and other tracking technologies on the Website in regions where consent is required (and in additional regions where these features may be available), please click the “Cookie Settings” or “Privacy Choices” link in the footer of the Website you are visiting. You may also set your preferences through the Cookie Settings preference center (where provided) that appears upon your initial visit.
In addition to using the Cookie Settings preference center (where available), you can often control cookies through your browser or device settings. These settings typically allow you to: (i) delete all cookies; (ii) block all cookies; (iii) allow all cookies; (iv) block “third-party” cookies; (v) block cookies from specific domains; (vi) automatically clear cookies when closing the browser; (vii) use a “private” or “incognito” browsing session; and/or (viii) install add-ons or plugins to extend browser functionality. For browser-level instructions, consult your browser’s help menu or the following guides: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari Desktop, Safari Mobile, and Android Browser.
There are also tools for managing third-party cookies. Many companies that serve interest-based advertising are members of the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) or the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), which provide opt-out options on their websites. To opt out of interest-based advertising by participating companies, visit the DAA website or the NAI website. Residents of the European Union may opt out of online behavioral advertising from participating members of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance. Opting out will not stop all advertisements, but they will no longer be tailored to your interests.
To prevent Google Analytics from collecting information about your activity, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser add-on. For opting out of display advertising or customizing Google display network ads, visit the Google Ads Settings.
Please note that blocking or deleting cookies and other tracking technologies may prevent you from accessing all areas of the Website or using all available functionality (e.g., remembering your username or displaying Mindspace locations nearest to you).
Personalized Mobile Advertising
You can opt out of using your mobile advertising identifiers for certain types of advertising by adjusting the relevant settings on your mobile device. If you opt out, all data associated with you will be removed, and no further data will be collected. Any previous random ID will also be deleted. If you later decide to opt back in, your prior ID cannot be reused, and you will effectively be treated as a new user.
Do Not Track
Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature, which lets you signal to websites that you do not wish your online activity to be tracked. However, there is currently no uniform standard for DNT across browsers, industry groups, or regulators. Mindspace does not participate in any DNT or similar frameworks and therefore does not respond to such signals.
- CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY
The terms of this Cookie Policy will govern the use of the Website and Services, and any information collected in connection with them. Mindspace may amend or update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The most current version of the Cookie Policy will be available on the Website, with the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy reflecting the change.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes to this Cookie Policy on the homepage of the Website or by other means, such as email or in-service notifications, as required by law. Material changes will take effect seven (7) days after such notice is provided. All other updates to this Cookie Policy are effective as of the stated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or Services following any such updates constitutes your acknowledgment of, and where applicable, your acceptance of, the revised Cookie Policy.
