“The Mindspace Seal” consists of a series of guidelines and procedures tailored to our unique workspace, regarding health, sanitation and appropriate social distancing. We have made various modifications in our spaces design, implemented new guidelines and procedures and built new products and services that are tailored to our unique workspace.

Here is a fact - over 90% of our spaces are private flexible offices. Our open space seating takes up the minority of our spaces. That means, you will have the privacy and measures needed to feel comfortable. Seating arrangements have been made in offices and meeting rooms to assist with social distancing and where relevant, partitions are provided. Additional services that can assist you in keeping up with local regulations and guidelines include personal hygiene amenities such as hand sanitizers and cleaning appliances spread throughout the space, improved fresh air ventilation systems in buildings and more.
