About the position
Each Mindspace location has its conductor who orchestrates it all - the Regional Community Manager. This full time position is based in between the three London sites. You will report directly to the UK Market Lead and will be running the show at your location, responsible for training and managing all community managers and community associates, and setting the standard for Mindspaceβs immensely engaging atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- 100% client facing, create an all-round amazing customer-journey experience, so that every single Mindspace member will feel like a superstar
- Train and grow the community management team
- Maintain ongoing communications and ensure the smooth-running operations and maintenance of your location, collaborating with the operations manager
- Drive event sales with the Sales Event Manager via strategy and goal setting, and oversee their execution
- Improve procedures using existing metrics and KPIβs
- Be the loyal person of contact for community members, solving all member-related issues
- Be the life of the party; establish a strong local community via event planning and individual networking efforts
- Create an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and creativity - both internally and externally
- Four-year college degree MBA/MA (an advantage)
- Experience in sales (an advantage)
- Experience in real estate (an advantage)
- Experience in team management (a must)
- Great verbal and written communication skills
