Who is the Assistant Controller?
This full-time position is based in Tel Aviv and entails managing the financial policies of Mindspace.
The ideal candidate should have several years of experience in a top accounting firm, experience as
CPA and creative team player with strong interpersonal and management skills.

With a strong understanding of accounting and financial measures, you will be ensuring that business
operations are aligned with the company’s policies and procedures. You’ll be handed a lot of
responsibility in financial statement procedures and other financial reporting. We trust that you are
an independent, responsible, and professional who is able to work in a fast-paced environment with
cross-organizational teams and interfaces.
What you will be responsible for, mainly.
Assist in the month-end books closing procedure- manage journal entries, reconcile accounts, etc.
Support the subsidiaries' finance departments and review their financial reports.
Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements according to IFRS on a quarterly basis.
Analysis of the Company’s results on a monthly basis.
Take part in the annual audit and quarterly reviews; providing information to external auditors
Assist in the preparation of annual tax reports
Analyze balances/expenses
Cashflow management
Monitoring accounting in accordance with IFRS
Provide professional guidance and assistance for the bookkeeping staff
Supports the Corporate controller in all accounting-related activities
Assist with Ad-Hoc tasks and projects
Preparing ongoing reports to the company’s stakeholders
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience & Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA certification -must
Internship in one of the Big 4 accounting firms
2 to 3 years of field experience (including internship).
Experience with ERP systems; experience with SAP B1 (advantage)
Proficient in Excel and PPT
Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and cost control principles,
and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
High knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards
Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
Excellent level of English (written and verbal)
